湖南建工9600头母猪养殖基地

湖南建工9600头母猪养殖基地繁育场占地约603亩, 项目紧跟客户需求，科学配置栏位、料线、环控、水线等智能系统，实现全自动控制和设备一体化。项目建成投产后年出栏约25.7万头，规模化、标准化、集约化的养殖模式可有效助力碳减排,推动湖南建工构建绿色、低碳、智能的养殖产业链。

Hunan Construction Engineering Group 96,00 sow breeding farm，covers an area of about 603 mu. The project closely follows the needs of customers, scientifically configures intelligent systems such as penning system, feeding system, environmental control system， and drinking system to realize automatic control and equipment integration. After the project is completed and put into production, about 257,000 pigs will be produced annually. The large-scale, standardized and intensive breeding model can effectively help reduce carbon emissions and promote Hunan Construction Engineering Group to build a green, low-carbon and intelligent breeding industry chain.

01 自动断电，规避风险

Automatic power off to avoid risks

屋顶小窗采用由我司自主研发的自动断电脱落装置，具有在紧急断电的情况下打开小窗，为客户规避风险，满足应急使用。

The roof air inlet，independently developed by HUALI ，adopts automatic power off device. The air inlet can be opened under emergency power off to avoid risks and meet emergency use.

02 场外打料，生物安全

Off-site feed loading for biosafety

现场料塔采用场外打料，在围墙外侧就可以开启料塔，节约人力成本，满足客户节能、降耗、减碳的管理需求。

The silo adopts off-site feed loading The silo can be operated outside of the wall, which saves labor costs and meets the management needs of customers for energy saving, consumption reduction and carbon reduction.

03 楼房养猪，绿色高效

楼层式猪场高度集约化，多层化设计与周边环境接触少，具有节约土地、现代高效、安全管控等优点，可实现降本增效和绿色生态。
